Return & Refund (if applicable):

We offer a day warranty upon arrival, if you change of mind and want to request return & refund, we have surcharge to cover shipping fees (no additional refund administration fees), which means we will deduct shipping fees upon refund request.

If the product you receive is defective or broken, or not what you purchase, we will cover 100% cost include shipping fees.

Return Conditions:

1. After arrival, you have 7 days to decide whether the items are right for you. Please offer your order number and the products that you would like to return when contacting us, and please make sure is seal with original packaging.

2. If after consume and found the product not suitable for you and would like to request return & refund, we would not provide fully refund. Example: 1 box have 15 packet, after consume 3 packet and you decide to request return & return, you should send us balance 12 packet, after deduct shipping fees & 3packet, we will refund you balance.

3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 7-day No-Hassle refund policy.  If you are not satisfied with the purchase, please contact us for the return lable. After receiving the goods, we will refund you within 5 business days, and you may receive the refund within 7-14 business days.
